The September social lands on a Friday this month — same spot, same time. Salsa class at 9PM, then the floor is yours until late. Danzforce Extreme, 11602 Lake Underhill Rd, Ste 126. Bring your shoes and bring somebody with you.
Juan Matos teaches Matos Style at 8PM, and the 9PM slot is a different guest every week: Angie Garcia on Styling & Footwork (Sept 3), Natasha Karp on Pachanga Footwork (Sept 10), Raul on Men's Styling (Sept 17), and Mathew Ruiz on Salsa Footwork (Sept 24). Sept 17 also swaps the 8PM class for Bachata Footwork & Partnerwork with Savannah Gee.
Mondays now start at 8:15 PM with three levels running side by side — Intro to Salsa with Eduard Corcono, Level 1 Beginner Salsa with Mathew Ruiz, and Level 2 Footwork & Partnerwork with Raul & Arianna — then Angie Garcia's Body Mechanics at 9:15. Never danced before? Start here.

D&R took the weekend to Sarasota — Nyámbé and Abayomí shirts all over the ballroom and a packed workshop floor Saturday afternoon.
